About Us

Community First Foundation

Community First Foundation (CFF) addresses the holistic issues of the deprived Northolt and Greenford wards and estates of the London borough of Ealing. CFF's mission has been to empower residents to solve their problems and improve their quality of life. Our aims are to develop community capacity, rebuild social capital and bring the talents and diversity of the area together to participate in Northolt's regeneration.

CFF's purpose is to provide information/support and training to residents, therefore tackling the pressing needs of the community. We aim to contribute to making our community more economic, social and environmentally sustainable. We also provide a wide range of direct services, both on our own and with a wide variety of partners, including local residents and volunteers, grassroots voluntary groups, mainstream providers, Council and others.

CFF manages Rectory Park Community Centre and aims to strengthen and unite the community by providing a centre that is vibrant and active, serving the needs and aspirations of local people.
